Please confirm your stand requirements, as well as the details of all the people manning your conference stand below. If the company name and phone number is the same for all staff, please just add that information to the first person and we will assume the rest are the same.

It is recommended that Exhibitors have a minimum of 2 people working the Stand on the day at any one time. Staff can be interchanged throughout the day but we MUST know who is attending from the Exhibitors’ companies on the day for Health & Safety reasons and name badge preparation.

There is no limit to the number of your staff present throughout the day and/or at any one time. If you need to add more than 6 people in, please refresh the page again after submission and re-enter your details, with new information in the ‘Staff’ fields.
